This image shows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main strengths and unused potential within the team.<\/li>\n<li>The most vulnerable areas within the current composition of the team.<\/li>\n<li>The underrepresented skills (valuable information with regards to the objectives of the team).<\/li>\n<li>The fragile skills which can limit and even block success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These insights can be used to optimize the composition of the team or adjust it\u2019s objectives.\nBefore the actual team scan itself, each team member will take the individual ODC measurement course.
